Refund policy

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, books and other printed materials are not subject to return or exchange if they are of proper quality.

Accordingly, all sales of books are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for books unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In such cases, the customer must contact us within a reasonable period at contact@napata.am email, providing proof of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such cases, we will notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

If we cancel an order after payment has been completed (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or other operational reasons), the customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank, and typically take between 3–5 business days.
