About us

Napata is what a small Armenian child says while trying to say napastak — the Armenian word for rabbit. It's a mispronunciation, kept because a family loved it. We named the company after it because that is what Napata is for: the small, accidental, irreplaceable moments that make your child's childhood theirs.

Napata makes sticker books for toddlers aged 1½+ — kids who mostly cannot talk yet. A child who can't yet speak can still peel a character, place it into a scene, and take part in the fairy tales they will one day read. Storytelling starts before words do, and our books are built for exactly that start.

We also make them for you. Every parent needs ten quiet minutes, and the easiest ways to get them tend to leave a nagging feeling — the child was kept busy, but got nothing back. A sticker book holds a toddler just as fully and leaves something behind: a finished scene the two of you can point at, name, and tell again at bedtime.

We are a small team based in Armenia. On our blog, a child psychologist shares practical advice for parents — because the belief behind Napata is bigger than any product: storytelling is one of the most crucial capacities a person develops, and it deserves to begin at the very beginning.

Let the story begin.
